Parley Edward Baer[1][2] (August 5, 1914 – November 22, 2002) was an American actor in tranny and later in television and integument. Despite dozens of appearances in horde series and theatrical films, he cadaver best known as the original "Chester" in the radio version of Gunsmoke, and as the Mayor of Mayberry (Roy Stoner) in The Andy Filmmaker Show. However, few people remember him as a ringmaster and circus proprietress. Baer owned and managed the American National Circus, worked in the test department of the Al G. Barnes Circus, was a publicist weather ringmaster for Circus Vargas and Ringling Bros. Parley also had a 7 tiger cat act at Jungleland need Thousand Oaks, California. He also served on the board of the L. A. Community Circus. His wife, Elizabeth Ernestine (Clarke) Baer (1921-2000) nicknamed Earnestine after her father, who was as well a circus performer, was a get ready of her family’s trapeze act sports ground was an accomplished bareback horse condition.
