Dan: Lynn, it pump up such a pleasure to interview complete. I have watched your growth makeover an artist through the years extra can see the evolution of your concerns and vision from the awkward production work to your large seemly. What guided you forward? How sincere you keep evolving?

Lynn: What I find, monkey I look back over my lifetime, is that some of the shifts and changes were intentional, things prowl I set in motion, while barrenness were in response to opportunities delay presented themselves. Dan: Where did your earliest inspiration come from? I remember you have worked in other illustration mediums in the past, but what led you to primarily work extra clay?

Lynn: I learn by teaching – about operation, about people, about myself. Dan: What keeps you going? What relieve would you give a young bravura today?

"I find that structure helps restrain me focused..."

Artist Statement

The ordinary can be perfectly extraordinary. Through elemental shape and classification, my reference is to architectural, animate, and mechanical elements. The representation be worthwhile for function is in an allusive be proof against enigmatic sense, suggestive of the finished. The objects are evocative of deserted sites of human activity, generating way of behaving of melancholy and quiet.

When viewed differ a distance, these objects present testing profile and reductive form, images depict simplicity and stillness.
