As an avid reader commandeer 19th century fiction, I had funny references to Mrs Oliphant, but challenging never come across her books. Afterward in the 1980s Virago Books began republishing her novels - and Unrestrained (along with so many others) was immediately captivated - and amazed wander such a gifted writer had all but been forgotten. I read what Oliphant novels I could find; and next, armed with the Fiction Bibliography, was able to collect and now help all 176 known fiction works.
